We are having issues with SSH sensors causing our MSA controllers to stop functioning correctly. They can still be pinged and when accessing the web GUI through the second controller it all comes back as normal but all PRTG sensors stop working (Excluding ping) We were using SSH to monitor disk metrics. Anyone else facing these issues or is there any other way we could monitor disk metrics?

We will need to have a lot more of details in order to find the reason for this problem. But we don't have any reported incidents for this sensor type.
I would kindly suggest opening a ticket at [email protected], including some screenshots of the sensor configuration and device settings.
If possible please include also a support bundle
