hello I am currently using PRTG version 21.4.72.1649 of PRTG. This server is set up as a VM and the Syslog Server is also in use.

Delays in response occur at all but scheduled times from a moment. But only between 21:00 and 24:00 Probe Health works normally.

Can you tell me why?

Note that, Unnecessary services running on the server and the Syslog Server are also stopped.

I want to upload a screenshot, but I can't.

Hello Seung
Thanks for reaching us
It would be hard to know what could be affecting your server without monitoring data and/or logs. We would have to take a closer look at your system to determine what is affecting it at that time. Usually, there is a backup or a report that could be scheduled at that time that could be affecting the overall performance of PRTG.
As for now, you could start by upgrading PRTG to a more stable and secure version, (Laters available .81) and let us know if the issue persists. If so, please open a ticket at [email protected] and make sure to include a support bundle for further analysis.
