Good Morning, we would like to read syslogs from a Cisco Communications Manager (CUCM) via SNMP, here we are mainly interested in the information that the RTMT tool can provide from the CUCM. Does anyone here in the forum have an appropriate template or an idea how we get to the goal?

PRTG should be able to work with an SNMP Syslog receiver from any source that provides the standard configuration. Please see this guide:

As long as the target is configurable in this way, there shouldn't be a problem.
