Hi, just recently the Zoom Service Sensor has started to show warnings, many of the components in the sensor have "Undefined lookup value" as Last Value and about only 10 or so have Operational status. PRTG version 22.4.81.1532+

Hello,
Feel free to reach out to us directly per mail at [email protected] if you want us to take a closer look. Screenshots of the issue as well as log files of the affected sensor might help to analyze this issue further. For the latter you can activate the "Store Result" option in the settings of the sensor. The log files (Result of Sensor XXX.Data.txt and Result of Sensor XXX.txt) are then located on the corresponding probe at "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs\sensors".

Today I got a new ticket in PRTG

Last Update Opened by PRTG System Administrator + Assigned to PRTG Administrators 20/12/2022 2:08:10 PM

As of PRTG 22.3.79, the Zoom Service Status sensor exceeded the supported channel limit of 50.

Since we first released the Zoom Service Status sensor, Zoom added new services and introduced regions and organized them in groups. We have now updated the sensor to take this Zoom API change into account.

As of PRTG 22.x.81, the sensor dynamically creates channels based on the groups and components returned by the Zoom API and displays the status of non-operational components in the sensor message.

We recommend that you pause existing sensors. To continue monitoring the Zoom groups and components, add the Zoom Service Status sensor again.

So I removed and added the sensor again and its operating like normal again.

Regards Damien
