WMI Terminal services 2008+ Status change

Dear all,

How can you change the status to warning/error if the amount of sessions is getting to high?
For example the active sessions count is 15
When user number 16 is logging in, I want the sensor to change to warning.
When user number 20 is logging in, I want the sensor to change to error.
In this way you can manage if a server is to busy and act on it based on the status of the sensor.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
