Failed to change password, ad integration



Dear, after making a password change in the account that we used for the integration with AD, we have not been able to reconfigure, it indicates the following error Error (Bad Request) Validation of the provided data failed due to: Active Directory domain cannot be accessed

The object has not changed. error details

We have tested the account outside of PRTG and we see that it works correctly, is there any other way to configure it?, or some workaround? From already thank you very much

Hey neck,

Did you also changed the password within PRTG for the AD integration?
