I just wanted to ask if there is a solution to my syslog receiver sensor keeps getting an alert warning every now and then.

I will highly recommend that for this type of issue and better assist you, please open a support case at [email protected] and attached the following data to troubleshoot your case:

please provide us with the following information:

  • Screenshot of the device configuration.
  • Screenshot of the device overview.
  • Screenshot of the sensor overview.
  • Screenshot of the sensor configuration.

Please make sure to capture the whole PRTG user interface (neither cropped nor resized) in any screenshot and attach them as email file attachment.
