please provide us with the following information:
- Screenshot of the device configuration.
- Screenshot of the device overview.
- Screenshot of the sensor overview.
- Screenshot of the sensor configuration.
Please make sure to capture the whole PRTG user interface (neither cropped nor resized) in any screenshot and attach them as email file attachment.
