When trying to add a user to a group it fails with 

Error (Bad Request)
The homepage URL cannot be an external domain or host

external-host group validation

Can you please raise a support ticket by clicking on Contact Support in the bottom right of your PRTG web interface? Also, please include a screenshot of the error you're seeing.
