How can I know the device pawword

I config the Credentials with my windows server but I forget the password, how can I get this password with prtg web , I only get **

group password prtg

Hi, thanks for your question.

Could you give us a little more info here? Are you trying to recover your credentials for PRTG? If so, you can reset your password in the PRTG Administration Tool (Start Menu > PRTG Network Monitor > PRTG Administration Tool). If it's a windows password you'll need, to recover this from Windows itself.
