This is a weird one... my coworker and I are both administrators in PRTG. We want to modify a user group to include additional team members.
When I look at the group's details, in the "group members" section I can see all users registered in PRTG. When he goes to the same screen, he only sees a small subset of the users. So he can't add the necessary user to the group, but I can.
As far as I can tell, we have the exact same permissions. Why would our views be different?
