If Service is Not Running - restart it

Hi,

Question 1:

Is it possible to get a list of all services we monitor and their settings in "If Service is Not Running"? I want to see which services are set to "Start/Restart service". 90% of our services can be restartet by PRTG but we have not utilized this so we get unnessesary notifications/alarms.

Question 2:

Would it be possible to modify this setting through the API?

Hello there,

Unfortunately, there is no native report to visualize this specific setting. And even though it contains some clicks, I suggest to display all sensors of this kind and to check their settings manually.
In PRTG select Sensors | By Type | W... | WMI Service to get a list of all Windows Service sensors at one. After open each sensor by holding Ctrl within a new tab. I would then go through the tabs using Ctrl+Tab (in Google Chrome).
There is unfortunately no built in way of reviewing or changing this setting.
