PRTG HTTP Sensor Error (remoteprobe)

PRTG HTTP Sensor Error (remoteprobe) on the PRTG Server i get an error: Connection timed out Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out. (Socketfehler # 10060) why do i receive this error? the url for the http sensor is ok, and reachable port 23560 is released in the firewall the remote probe seems to be ok, log: 2023-03-29 07:50:54.946199 NOTI TId 4264 Probe> Login OK (remote: fidsoftware.xxxx.org:23560): Willkommen bei PRTG regards Tobias

Please let me know what your failing HTTP Sensor has in common with the Probe - Core connection port 23560? Furthermore, please check whether you can open the website from the server where the corresponding Probe runs on

The website was accessible from other servers. But the website could not be opened on the remote probe server, that was the problem. The problem is solved, thank you for your help.
