Can a packet sniff probe collect data from more than one ethernet interface?

Votes:

Just like it sounds: If I set up a remote probe as a packet collector, can I get it to listen to more than one ethernet port? What is the limit?

As a followup question, can the data from multiple ports be fed into a single sensor?

Final followup, has anything changed in packet sniff sensors between v7 and v8? The v8 section of the manual is not complete yet.

Dear Jim,

the packet sniffing engine has not been changed since v7. You can listen on as many NICs per packet sniffer sensors as you want, the only limit here is most likely the power of the PC running the probe.

Best Regards.
