Shedule for Maintenance Windows per Calendar Day

Votes:

0

Hello

We already using PRTG and love the Features.

One weekend per month we have sheduled Maintenance Window commited over the whole Organizaton. Different Teams do their Maintenance Jobs during this time.

We use PRTG reports etc. for our "SLAs"

Currently I do a manual shedule to exlude Business Process View Sensors during the Maintenance Days some days before the Maintenance Window starts and delete Shedule after Maintenance Window.

Our Maintenance Windows are planned for the whole Year before. Is there a Way to shedule Maintenance Windows per Calendar Days/Hours (not only peer weekdays).

Thanks Martin

Hello Martin,

Thanks for using PRTG.

It is possible to configure multiple maintenance windows, but an extra tool is required to make it easier.

You may want to check out the PRTG Scheduler at this link:
https://github.com/PRTG/PRTGScheduler

This tool enables you to set up multiple maintenance windows for individual objects.

To learn more about the tool, please refer to the Installation Guide and FAQ available at this link:

https://github.com/PRTG/PRTGScheduler/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=label%3Aquestion+

However, it is important to note that the PRTG Scheduler only supports maintenance windows and does not support acknowledgements.
