APC Netzbotz 250 integration

Hello, I am inexperienced with SNMP and PRTG. I want my Netzbotz switch to be monitored by PRTG using SNMP. I have already added the Netzbotz switch as a device in PRTG. PRTG can perform ping, HTTPS, and SSL scans. When I try to add an SNMP sensor, I receive an error message saying that the sensor cannot be created (Code: PE244). I would like to be able to monitor temperature, humidity, and other data using SNMP. How can I establish a connection between PRTG and the APC switch? Port 162 is already open in the server's firewall. I can read the oids via the snmp tester tool.

What sensor are you using? PRTG doesnt have a native sensor for this device, you would need a custom sensor for this. Please check if the vendor of your device offers any MIB files that you can import with our MIB-Importer (https://www.paessler.com/tools/mibimporter).

If so, you can monitor the target with the "SNMP Library Sensor" (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_library_sensor.htm).

Here's a Knowledge Base Article that describes the setup of "SNMP Library Sensors": https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/65638 and there's also a video that shows how to: https://www.paessler.com/support/videos/prtg-advanced/snmp-custom-and-library-sensor

I was able to find the mibs that I need with a mib browser and now the monitoring works.
