Adding devices that are on a WAP or second router?

Votes:

0

Hi all!

I'm not a network administrator; I simply manage the IT for a small and growing physical therapy business. I installed and created all of their network environment and so I'm very familiar with the infrastructure and equipment in the building they are in.

This business has had many issues in the last two months with their internet going down or specific devices not being able to access the internet, so I decided to try PRTG to create a visualization of the network.

I've been adding devices to the network, but I cannot add the devices that are:

  • Laptops connected to the Omada WAP
  • Desktops connected to a supplemental router underneath the front desk

I've looked at the manuals for how to do this but cannot find a clear solution.

What's the best way to add these devices?

Any assistance would be appreciated!
