Blue lines between devices

Hello, I have several devices connected to a central on different campus' and I have yet to see the line connecting these devices to the switches turn green on Maps. I have SNMP sensors for traffic, and only 1 side out of hundreds are showing up. Any help would be appreciated

Are you referring to Maps and how to get the lines drawn that connect objects? You may like to follow this manual. Draw Connection Lines Between Items
