Logging on to PRTG takes a very long time

Once I have entered the access data (https://prtgserver/index.htm) , it takes a very long time to log in. After about 60 seconds, the website (.../welcome.htm) ist displayed.

We use AD integrated accounts, without SSO.

PRTG Network Monitor 23.2.84.1566 x64 on Windows Server 2019

How can we speed up the login or is there a log file where we can find the cause?

Our general guide about how to speed up your configuration, you will find here. This guide will help you to improve the overall performance and might already speed up your login process.
If this doesn't help I would encourage you to contact us via [email protected] for further log file analysis. It might be possible that we can identify here issues which slow down the login process.
