Paused (exceeds license limitation of 1000 sensors)

Hi Support

Our licence is for 1000 sensors. We have total of approx 2600 sensors but 1800 of them are in paused state. So far we've always been using less than 1000 active sensors (824 as of current). However, since about 2 days ago the license exceed message came up and I have some sensor being forcedly paused.

Can you please advise whether this can be fixed?

Hello,
Sensors that are paused automatically by dependency or schedule count against the license to ensure they can automatically be resumed again once the dependency/scheduled has ended. There's no workaround here. Only sensors that are paused manually do not count against the license.
