How can I monitor packet drop issues when my branch end router has two links, but PRTG only uses one router IP for reachability checks?

Hello,

the idea is to monitor both ports of that router. This requires a computer with two NICs, one connected to the other link, one to the network which can reach the PRTG core server.

If it is not possible to somehow connect PRTG to all those ports, they (of course) also cannot be monitored.

for this, you might be able to setup a remote probe which is connected to the other link.
