HI,

Just discovered an issue with DNS v2 sensors on all of the domain controllers after the PRTG migration.

I don't have anything custom for DNS monitoring. All DNS servers had DNS v2 sensors available in PRTG out of the box, but for some reason after the migration all DNS v2 sponsors are in Warning state

Our of 4 channels available in the senor, the only one working is the Downtime channel.

Other 3 channels are showing

configured lookup momo.paessler.DNS.channel.records_resolved is empty or not available configured lookup momo.paessler.DNS.channel.record_count is empty or not available configured lookup momo.paessler.DNS.channel.response_time is empty or not available

What file / folder would I need to bring to the new instance of PRTG from the old install to get this issue resolved.

Hello,

It seems like the lookups are not loaded correctly. To load them again, you could go to Setup | System Administration | Administrative Tools in your PRTG web interface. At the Administrative Tools For The PRTG Core Server, please find Load Lookups and File Lists and click on Go.

However, if the lookup files still do not appear in your sensor channel after you try to load them, kindly Contact Us and provide us with the lookup files for us to check further.

Kind regards,
