Conflict new PRTG8 v. NOD32

Hi, ESET antivirus NOD32 (last version) detect via heuristic analyze file 'PRTG probe.exe' like possible virus (NewHeur_PE virus). Depend on setting action of NOD32, file is deleted or blocked.

All probes on servers where is installed NOD32 is down after update and required admin action!

Please resolve this problem ASAP !

There is very little we can do. NOD32s heuristic obviously shows a false alarm.

It is understandable that the binaries of a monitoring software - that has a lot of networking code built in - are likely to trigger such a heuristic, if it is not good enough.

Please turn to the vendor of NOD32 (ESET) and ask them to fix this (we will do that, too). Until then, please disable the heuristic.
