Is there any support for SIP trunk monitoring with the Network Monitor product? Specifically I'd like to track SIP trunk utilization with Edgewater networks and Mitel equipment.

these are very specific requirements and not possible with PRTG out of the box, sorry.

It might be possible with using custom sensors or if you have specific OIDs that you can monitor your devices with

I have a custom snmp oidlib for Mitel but you won't be able to pull much from it.

There is another snmp library for Nupoint but it doesn't carry a lot of values either.

Mitel would tell you they have an excellent app for managing your Voice Infrastructure named Enterprise Manager. For overall traffic management though you might consider logging and statistics from the Mitel 3300s via a CDR application called Prairie Fyre http://www.prairiefyre.com/
