How to move my PRTG installation to another computer?

Does the description given here for moving PRTG 7 also fit for Version 8?

If not: Is there another Procedure fitting PRTG 8 and avoiding problems for clustering, e.g. if the old system is not similar enough to the new one to transfer it by clustering first and putting off the elder (master) then?
