When I provision my PRTG and put the IP address in with port 9000, I get the can't connect socket error 10061. However, if I provision it for SSL, port 443, it works. Why is this?

10061 socket-error ssl

Which program? PRTG in any browser? Or our Windows GUI?

If the latter, please see How do I solve a Connection Refused Socket Error # 10061 in Enterprise Console?

Hello,

where exactly do you get the error? Are you referring to sensors? Or to the user-interfaces of PRTG?

Best Regards.
