PRTG Data Reporting

In PRTG, there are several ways to create reports of your monitoring data.

1. You can use the Reports function included in PRTG to create exhaustive reports for all monitoring data. Please see the manual regarding the reports function:

2. To get a report for a single sensor, there is a function Historic Data in PRTG included. It allows you to generate reports and charts for a single sensor's data. You can access the tab Historic Data in a sensor's details page.

3. You can export data using the API.

4. There is also a command line tool named CSVExport that allows you to export raw sensor data in XML or CSV format. It uses the API interface. Combined with Windows' scheduler, you can run the export even on a daily basis, so as to always get current data files.
