Windows 8 / IE10 Ajax Web Console Not working

Hi i've recently upgraded to Windows 8, its the final RTM version. PRTG Ajax web interface doesn't display properly, I can login but devices don't display at all. Any suggestions for making this work? In the mean time I am using Mozilla Firefox on Windows 8, this is working.

PRTG version 13.2.3 or later is fully compatible with Internet Explorer 10 and Windows 8.

Please consider also this article: Disable Internet Explorer’s Compatibility Mode and Set Security Level

Hello,

thank you for the request. I'm sorry, but there isn't a solution for this issue yet. But it is a known problem and our developers are still working on it.

we are working on this, for the time being, please use Firefox or Chrome on Windows 8.

I'll second that, I would love to use Windows 8 IE 10 Modern UI Version especially. Although given the reply was almost a year ago I guess Windows 8 Modern UI support is not a priority ;-)

When I try going to my PRTG page with Windows 8 Modern UI Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer Desktop versions I get

Sorry, your browser is not supported! You can not access all features of PRTG with this browser! Please upgrade to a modern browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)!

AJAX Web GUI option is greyed out

I am running PRTG Network Monitor 13.2.4.2034

I don't have the problem The web demo site uses 13.2.3.1987

It looks like the later release I have breaks it?

PRTG status page, bugger I didn't realise I was running a Preview. Still I wouldn't have thought it would break Windows 8.

Please notice this when you are using IE and have trouble accessing the Ajax Web GUI.

PRTG emits a X-UA-Compatible header but unfortunately IE ignores it when it detects a local intranet zone.
