How can I access PRTG through Citrix NetScaler?

Since I updated to PRTG 12 the PRTG web interface is not available any more. When calling the existing URL, I suddenly see an error message

Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

I try to access the PRTG web server through NetScaler. What can I do?

citrix http netscaler prtg reghack registry service-unavailable ssl unauthorized webserver

This article applies to PRTG Network Monitor 9.2 or later

Configure PRTG for NetScaler

With one of the latest PRTG 9 releases we made the PRTG web server more secure, so it does not allow SSLv2 connections any more. Citrix NetScaler seems to be incompatible with this setting.

There is a registry setting to force PRTG to use the old behavior again, allowing SSL v2 connections. In order to access your PRTG web server through Citrix NetScaler, please apply this setting.
