Hello,
Yes, since many Cisco devices provide the IP SLA Metrics over SNMP it is possible to monitor Cisco IP SLA using a Standard Sensor, please see our Cisco IP SLA Sensor's Documentation for further details.

The monitored metrics are

  • Average, maximum, and minimum Round Trip Time (RTT)
  • Average jitter
  • Average jitter from source to destination and vice versa
  • Average latency from source to destination and vice versa
  • Impairment Calculated Planning Impairment Factor (ICPIF)
  • Late packets in percent
  • Average, maximum, and minimum latency from source to destination and vice versa
  • Mean Opinion Score (MOS)
  • Number of lost packets and in percent
  • Packets out of sequence in percent

In order to use the integrated IP SLA Sensor, activate IP SLAs on a device as described in your device manual or in the Internet, for example:

Cisco SLA UDP Jitter VoIP Guide

Then choose an IP SLA sensor in PRTG. It will show you all available IP SLAs configured on this device.

This is additionally described here:
