Hi,

Is there any error message if you click on the Logs Tab of the sensor or in the notification logs: Logs > System Events > Notifications ? Please do also check if the notification is not paused: Setup > Account Settings > Notifications.

Best regards

No there is not. I updated the Network monitor recently. I had the same version for over a year before that.

Ok I did get an email eventually. Saw that my email addresses had disappeared from the box in settings. Also was paused. I did no changes other than run the update so I guess the update did all this?

Also wondering since I did a recent, and first, update to the Network Monitor, do I need to redo other setting as well? I have one specific events notification for my Windows Log and my HP Smart Array controller. Would this have changes also?

Hi,

The notifications should not be paused after an update regularly. If you are referring to the SNMP HP ProLiant System Health Sensor, the sensor, this sensor now uses a more sophisticated method to determine the "Overall Status" channel. Please have a look here for further information.
