PROBE HEALTH Down

Votes:

All of a sudden today my main PRTG Network Monitor screen shows the PROBE HEALTH status as down. All other probes show UP.

I have rebooted several times with no change in results. I am not seeing any traffic data on the monitor.

Followed this KB also: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/29483-my-local-probe-is-constantly-disconnected-what-can-i-do

but no luck

What can I do to resolve this?

Dear masif

Usually the probe health sensor is down because one of its sensor channels is down. Which of your probe health channels are currently in alarm state? If you are unsure, please send a screenshot of the probe health sensor overview tab to [email protected].
