Unable to add Win API sensor. Error : "Login Failure: The specified network name is no longer availa

I am trying to monitor multiple event ids on a Windows Server client. When I try to add the Win API sensor, there is an error : "Login Failure: The specified network name is no longer available (code:PE029)".

However when I use WMI Event Log sensor to monitor a single event id, it works. All the other sensors on the client is working fine.

What can be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Are you using the FQDN or the IP address in the device configuration? Have you tried either one already?

But the WMI based sensor works? Any firewalls or AV applications on the target host that might block the requests? Using the IP doesn't solve it either?
