Hello marlow,

Thank you for your support inquiry.

PRTG is always accessible via a web-interface on the machine were PRTG's Core Server runs on. By default, PRTG's web interface can be reached on its server with the URL http://127.0.0.1, although you should use http://servername or http://serversipaddress for best results.
It's also possible to access PRTG via its DNS name if the server has one and DNS resolution is configured correctly. Within PRTG the DNS Name can be set under Setup > User Interface.

If you wish to access the web interface from a different machine in your network, you need to configure the web-server as described in PRTG's manual or check the following guide:

For any further questions or issues, I am glad to help.

Best regards,
Sebastian
