Dell PowerVault MDi Phy. Disk 0 sensor not reading properly

Hi!

We have update a DELL MD3220 and the PRTG Sensor stopped working.

Error in PRTG: Dieser Sensor benötigt den Modular Disk Storage Manager auf dem System mit der PRTG Probe.

But this Tool is already installed..... A new version is installed cause DELL prerequisites when you update the Storage Firmware.

Is there a solution form you guys on this?

Hello Roan,

Which version of PRTG are you running? This issue should be fixed within version 16.2.24.x and later versions. If you installed an older version, kindly update to the recent version and see if it works.
