Sensors down after PRTG update

I have updated PRTG to version 17.1.28.1032. Ever since doing this update, the sensors on PRTG are sending me e-mail notifications with different errors. This seems to happen randomly but it usually has seemed to occur in the early morning hours. One error notification I get looks like this:

New Status at 1/13/2017 5:49:00 AM (Central Standard Time): Down Last Message: Connection could not be established (80041013: COM cannot locate a provider referenced in the schema. This error may be caused by any of the following:The provider is using a WMI DLL that does not match the .lib file used when the provider was built. The provider's DLL, or any of the DLLs on which it depends, is corrupt. The provider failed to export DllRegisterServer. An in-process provider was not registered using the regsvr32 command. An out-of-process provider was not registered using the /regserver switch. For example, myprog.exe /regserver.) (code: PE015). It appears that you are experiencing some difficulties with WMI or related areas. For more information, please see our knowledge base: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/60153

After about 20 or 30 minutes, I receive another notification saying the sensors up and green. But then shortly after (10-15 minutes) I receive another error that says this:

New Status at 1/13/2017 6:43:00 AM (Central Standard Time): Down Last Message: Connection could not be established (80041017: The query was not syntactically valid.) (code: PE015). It appears that you are experiencing some difficulties with WMI or related areas. For more information, please see our knowledge base: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/60153

I have looked through the KB's listed but I do not see anything that seems to help.

Hi there,

Is only one server affected or multiple? What scanning interval are you using for the WMI sensors? How much WMI sensors are you using?

Please also try this guide to fix the most common errors of WMI.
