PRTG reports not showing chart images when printing

The reports are creating blank charts when saved to PDF and emailed, though if I run it manually to http it shows up and I am able to print that out manually to pdf.

I have cutepdf writer installed on Win 7 Pro machine and it prints ok to that if I run it as http then print out manually. the print services are working ok.

I recently updated windows 7 pro (32 bit) to latest patches using convenience roll-up as windows auto-updates was failing. and I recently updated PRTG to 17.1.30.1618 using the update procedure from the browser interface. before that it was working to send reports with the charts showing in them 1 month ago which is last time auto-report ran.

Der mdkb,

Thank you very much for your knowledge base post.

We encountered a bug with the report generation in a recent version of PRTG. Please make sure to update PRTG to the latest available version 17.1.30.1681 and let me know if this solves the issue.
Please see PRTG's release notes (Link) for further information.

Kind regards,
Sebastian

ok tried the update to .1681. still not working. same problem.

charts show up fine from reports when run as http but when run to save to file PDF, the chart then has no data in it. stats show up. chart legend and boundary box shows up. but no chart data.

I can send you example if you need.
