Inaccurate WMI Disk Sensors

Votes:

0

Hi there, we are noticing WMI Volume and WMI multidisk sensors are not updating to show the actual disk space after having cleared space. over 24hrs has no passed and we are unable to make these sensors show accurate data. I must say that this is very worrying given that it casts doubt over every single disk sensor that we use.

I have tired restarting probe services, restarting WMI services, Provisioning more disk to the VM and nothing will force an update on our monitoring.

Please advise how to force a recheck

Dear samuelma,

Thank you very much for your knowledge base post.

As it will be necessary to review your sensor settings, please contact us directly using PRTG's built-in contact form. Please refer to this knowledge base topic, the case will be assigned to me then.

Kind regards,
Sebastian
