Autodiscovery automaticly creates a ticket making a mess of our ticket system. Is there a way so that any autodiscovery does NOT create a ticket?

Hi there,

In relation to the Auto-Discoveries, ToDos are the way of notifying about newly added sensors or devices, which we think is quite important (regarding performance and licensing for instance), so disabling the ToDos is not possible I'm afraid.

Kind regards,

This would be a useful feature. We sometimes do network discovery and have it doing a lot of scans but we may leave it scanning the network for a whole month finding devices on and off the network and creating a new ticket every hour isn't great

Only way to disable it would be to enable "I do not want to receive any emails from the ticket system" at the very bottom of your account settings.

I agree, with many devices that run auto-discoveries often the ticket begins to build up and the critical "ToDos" like licensing can get missed when bulk closing the auto-discovery tickets.

Please add an option to disable ONLY the auto-discovery tickets globally, and maybe allow it to be turned on for devices you may wish to see them for.

Hello,

for formal feature requests, please use this method.
