Hi, we did a move from one server to our new server with this KB https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/413-how-can-i-move-migrate-my-prtg-installation-to-another-computer After that, I could sign in but there was no old data only new setup. Where is my data? As far as we know everythting is copier, registry etc...... (no reboot yet)

Best regards,

Hi Jacques,

"no old data" means you're missing the historic data of the sensors or also all devices and sensors? If everything is missing, you might have copied the data from the old server to a wrong path on the new server. The default path in a fresh installation is always C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\ as long as you don't change it with the PRTG Administration Tool. In that folder lies the configuration file and everything else like monitoring database and so on.

Kind regards,

Erhard
