Response assertions causing down alerts

Hello, I created new HTTP Advanced sensors, with Response Assertions on specific strings from the request response. However, the sensors intermittently go down with "String No found". When I invoke these calls manually, they always return. After some minutes the sensors go back to 'OK'.

Any idea?
