Make it easier for everyone to find Feature requests

Details of User Story

Make it easier for everyone to find Feature requests on this website, cause it is rather hard to search them as TAGs etc.

Acceptance criteria

Add a link / view "Feature requests" in the list left (Overview, Unanswered, Tags, Users & Badges)
Add a link / view "Feature requests" in the list on the top of the sub-link "Overview"

Status

Denied as of 28.09.2018 for the following reason:
As for now, we don't want to expose it that much to the community. We'll see how it goes in the coming months, and revisit this again.
