What particular NVMe SSD are we talking about? Seemingly (with some drivers), the S.M.A.R.T. values are not really exposed via WMI like it would be the case with normal SATA drives.

Are you using the plextor drivers or the default ones from Microsoft?

default from Microsoft Plextor does not provide drivers
Then these values are highly likely not to be exposed by default. We're currently working on a blog article to monitor hwinfo. Are you able to retrieve information with that tool?
