Details of User Story

Currently, whenever you receive an alert for a new reply on a PRTG KB thread you have subscribed to, the only clickable link is the unsubscribe URL. The URL to reopen the forum topic is not clickable. As a result, users have to manually copy and paste the URL to the thread into their web browser to open it, and may sometimes accidentally unsubscribe to the thread (requiring them to then resubscribe!)

This is not very user friendly. As such, I recommend the email that is sent out be modified to include a clickable thread URL.

In addition, I would also like to note that in my experience the "Edit" feature on thread posts basically does not work; you can view the history of edits you've made to a post, but not once has a post I've edited actually reflected the changes made.
