User Story

We want to have the autonomy to manage the alarms in the PRTG so that we can define when and how the alarms will be generated by the device.

Details of user story

That, at the time that the sensor identifies that the alarm has been resolved, it is possible to include a trigger to execute an API to set this sensor to (acknowledge) during an "x" time. Or, whether it's possible to include a trigger to set the sensor to another critical level (Information, for example.)

Acceptance criteria

  1. This trigger should have a filter where we can enter the fields (Device name or sensor type and etc.)
  2. You could program a script to run an API to perform frequently scheduled tasks. As for example, cleaning of unknown alarms.
