Was the target host already restarted That most likely will fix it.

Hello,

did you resolve the issue.I have the same problem, different sensor(rpc request sent_total).

"The host's WMI system is returning invalid data. Please activate "Write sensor result to disk" in this sensor's settings to find out what is going on. (code: PE264)"

After activating "Write sensor result to disk"

SELECT Name,RPCRequestssent FROM win32_perfrawdata_msexchangestoreinterface_msexchangestoreinterface WHERE Name = '_Total'

RPCRequestssent: -2124129229, -2124122797, -2124111343, -2124105305, -2124098971, -2124093668

That's likely indeed invalid data :) You might want to check on our WMI Troubleshooting guide. Some of the steps are less invasive than others, but you might want to do it in a scheduled downtime of the server.

That's strange. Let us know when the issue comes back - hopefully, that'll not be the case.
