[OPEN] Move 'scan now' icon to the top in the MENU BAR away from Delete

User Story

Hi Guys. Similar to how you moved the Scan Now selection to the top in the right-click context menu. I would LOVE it if you could move the Scan Now selection to the top in the MENU bar. Details of User Story

I use the menu context a lot when manually running scan now's. Its right next to the Delete icon and I'm always afraid i'll click through that one day.
