Scenario: We have a rotating on-call schedule, tech 1 has week 1, tech 2 week 2, etc between 4 techs. Alarms, alerts, emergencies, and down status's need to be sent to that week on-call's inbox and a central email all the techs check (which doesn't ping their phone). The goal being for the on-call tech to know immediately if something goes awry, while allowing the other techs not to be waken up by every alarm.
Is there such a function within PRTG to allow this?
