Setting an on-call rotation



How do I set an on-call and escalation calendar?

During business hours, all techs should get alarms. After hours, only the on-call tech should get alarms. If they don't acknowledge the alarm within 10 minutes, it should go to all techs.

The on-call technician changes each week.
