Graph Sensors from Two Different Devices

Votes:

Hi, I've used the Sensor Factory to create a summary graph for channels from sensors on the same device, for example showing IP SLA response time on the same graph as interface traffic.

Is it possible to combine values from sensors on different devices? For example to relate Ping time to a destination, with traffic levels on an intermediate router?

Thanks, Tony S

Hi Tony,

The Sensor Factory does exactly that: #1:Test Channel Channel(<sensor-id>,<channel-id>) + Channel(<sensor-id>,<channel-id>)

Other arithmetic operations can also be performed. Check the Sensor's manual page for further details: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/sensor_factory_sensor
