Can't connect with PRTG DESKTOP

Votes:

0

I was trying to use the new PRTG Desktop app but the connection times out every time. The only way I can use it is connecting on the actual server with "localhost" as the address. I was using the enterprise console before with no problem locally and remotely. I'm running 19.1.49.1916 PRTG500 on a cluster with one fail-over.

Thanks.

And it works when you put the actual FQDN in a browser? Port and password are correct?

I figure this one out. I had on the settings to only be accessible from localhost. Changed it to all available IPs and is working now. I guess when I updated somehow the settings changed. All good now.

Thanks
